Quick Couplers for 1.2-Ton Micro Excavators

Mechanical Quick Couplers (25mm pin for 08/10/12/13 micro excavators)

Introduction:

The Quick Couplers device of the mini excavator is mainly used to quickly replace and install different accessories , which can be buckets, drill bits, pliers, etc. Its functions and benefits include:

Improve work efficiency: You can quickly switch between different work scenes, saving time in changing devices and making operations more efficient.

Enhanced versatility: Allows the excavator to cope with different task requirements in different engineering projects, such as digging, shoveling, drilling, etc.

Reduce labor costs: Reduce the time and labor intensity of manually changing working devices, and reduce the labor intensity of operators.

Reduce mechanical loss: Avoid mechanical wear and tear caused by frequent replacement of working devices and extend the service life of the excavator.

Adapt to diverse needs: It can be flexibly configured according to different engineering requirements and terrain conditions, which improves the adaptability and flexibility of the machine.

Features of this product:

• The cast steel is cast in one piece, with no welds, a neat appearance, and better strength and toughness.

The casting process uses a secondary quenching process because the steel castings after quenching are usually too brittle and need to be tempered. Tempering is heating the steel to a lower temperature than the quenching temperature and then cooling it at an appropriate speed, which can greatly improve toughness and reduce internal stress.

• The screw locking device is reliable, simple and easy to use.
• The double hook design can be used to lift cargo or move attachments, reducing the operator’s labor intensity.
• Thickened jaws for improved reliability.
• The surface is sprayed with plastic, which can effectively prevent the steel castings from being corroded, has a more beautiful surface effect, supports different colors, and is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free than paint.
